Fireworks Over London
Buffalo Clover
Buffalo Clover is a rare plant that grows in the wake of stampeding buffalo. Their styles range from underdog gypsy punk to Motown boxcar blues, Vaudevillian acid rock to train wreck folk. Their songs are unique yet familiar with a lyrical craft rarely present in popular music.
Joining forces with Palaver Records in February 2010, Buffalo Clover has been able to boost their presence on the current music scene including new recordings, airtime on Pandora Radio, and a highly anticipated Summer 2011 UK Tour. They’ve played venues including The House of Blues, The Redstone Room, and the River Roots Festival. They’ve also shared the stage with great acts including Grace Potter and the Nocturnals and The Flaming Lips.
Static Revival
There is soon to be a revival in music that makes you think.
Haling from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Static Revival is a compelling tour de force of raw intensity and emotionally gripping philosophy designed to elicit a specific response in their listeners: You WILL feel something.
Inspired by their own culture and geography, the band successfully blends the soul of Southern Rock -- channeling its unmanicured grit and haunting sorrow -- with the driving fervor of angst-inspired Indie Rock.
They are neither; they are all; they are both. Their music is compelling, contemplative, and refreshingly catchy considering its propensity to evoke such deep feeling and thought. This isn't a band you simply listen to.
Static Revival has shared the stage with talented acts including Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, AutoVaughn, and The Last Straw.
Innocent Flannel
Innocent Flannel is an indie/rock band from Nashville, TN. Having played together in various formats for the last 10 years, Innocent Flannel has learned what it takes to create great, thought provoking songs that compel you to linger on every lyric, while being unable to resist dancing. The band has been noted for their melding of Americana and honky tonk sounds with modern indie rock.
This mixture of genres creates an eclectic crossbreed of witty, high energy songwriting that tips its hat to the past while exploring the new frontiers of modern storytelling. The members of Innocent Flannel all bring their own unique styles to every event, and although the band's songwriting is one of their greatest strengths, their performance of these songs is simply stellar.
The combination of the members and the the parts they play brings to the table a high-energy, thought provoking array of songs that consistently leaves their crowds hot and heavy, and begging for more.
Fireworks Over London
Every band thinks that their music is special. In reality, we’re all thieves. So, I won't bore you with platitudes about FOL. Self-aggrandizement is for a band with a bad conscience and we’ve always let our music speak for us. After all we’re musicians, and a musician is only the sum of his art.
But when one has to write a biography, I suppose he should say something. I’m Daniel. I sing and play a... guitar. Travis plays the other guitar, Peter plays drums and Lloyd plays bass. We write whatever we want, but you might simply call it indie-rock. Melody is always the centerpiece, but in general, we tend to write serenades or freight trains. Sometimes it’s dark and haunting, sometimes it’s very pretty, and sometimes it’s like a bludgeon to the head. Either way, we get along with both the virtuoso and the three-forth’s insane.
Our music doesn’t possess the virtue of modesty and God knows musicians don’t make saints, but at least we’ve got a clean conscience. The truth is that the best music should take something out of you. At times it takes more than it should. Other times, it takes all you’ve got. We strive to make music that demands something from the listener.
