Every January for nearly a decade, Mercy Lounge has opened its doors and fired up its soundsystem for a series of free shows celebrating its debut on the Music City stage. While Nashville has never suffered from a shortage of live music venues for its eclectic array of artists to perform, Mercy's opening in 2003 was a welcome addition to an already vibrant music scene. Striving to be more than just another bar with a stage, it has cemented its reputation as Nashville's favorite mid-sized music venue by consistently striving to showcase the best local talent and the most in-demand national acts. Nine years later, the goal is still the same: incredible music, comfortable atmosphere, and shots, shots, shots.

In keeping with tradition, Mercy Lounge's annual birthday bash has come to be renowned as both a celebration of the club's illustrious history and a glimpse of the incredible things that lie ahead. Join us for a blow-out weekend of complimentary performances from your favorite hometown heroes, up-and-coming buzz bands, and promising young stars-to-be. Come have a drink with the movers and shakers that have made Nashville one of the most thriving music scene's in the nation, and raise a toast to you the people who make Music City's culture so rich: yourselves.
