Civil Wars Cancellation & Refund Information

Official Statement:
Due to illness, The Civil Wars have canceled tonight’s performance at The Cannery Ballroom.

You have the option of obtaining a refund for your tickets or receiving a free upgrade for a wristband for the entire Americana Music Conference (a $50 value). This wristband gains you admission to all venues (The Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, The Basement, The Rutledge, & The Station Inn) for the entire 4 day festival.

If you would like to receive the free upgrade, simply bring your ticket confirmation to the Cannery Ballroom tonight to receive your wristband. If you would like to receive a refund instead, please call Ticketweb at 866-777-8932 and have you order number ready.

In the event that we are able to to reschedule this performance, all
pertinent information will be posted on our website, as well as our
Facebook and Twitter pages.
