- What is the current COVID-19 policy for Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, and The High Watt?
- Effective March 28th, 2021, Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, and the High Watt will not require proof of completed COVID-19 vaccine or a negative COVID-19 test UNLESS required by the artist(s). Shows with artist requirements related to COVID-19 will be indicated on the Mercy Lounge website, Eventbrite ticket page, and Facebook event page.
- Those shows that do have COVID-19 policy in place will require either proof of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination or proof a negative COVID-19 test administered in the prior 72 hours. Patrons must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card, those that have only received one of a two-shot vaccination (Pfizer or Moderna) will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result from 72 hours or less prior to the show.

- Children under 12, who cannot be vaccinated, can show a negative test administered 72 hours or less (or 48 hours or less for certain shows) prior to the show for any all-ages shows.
- People with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination can attend with proof a recent negative COVID-19 test from 72 hours or less (or 48 hours or less for certain shows) prior to the show that is both timestamped and matches the patron’s valid ID.
- Tests must be administered by a licensed physician; at-home test results will only be accepted if the brand offers a website or app to upload your results to.

- What if I am unable to provide a vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test result?
- If you are unable to present either a completed vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test administered in the last 72 hours with a timestamp and matching name to ID, you will not be admitted into the show (unless otherwise stated). For those specific shows, there will be no exceptions to this policy. A 7-day grace period was given to customers who purchased a ticket before the policy was announced and wished to request a refund. No additional refund requests related to this policy will be approved.
